PSMAG is a mutual aid collective that provides a platform for community members to connect, share resources, and support one another. We are not a charity or nonprofit organization — we are a community of neighbors helping neighbors.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You are responsible for making sure your use of the site is lawful where you are located. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

4. User Accounts

To participate in certain features, such as commenting, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Community Guidelines

When using our site, you agree not to:

PSMAG facilitates connections between community members. We do not guarantee or verify the quality, safety, or legality of any resources shared, skills offered, or arrangements made between members. Participation in mutual aid activities is at your own discretion and risk.

9. No Emergency, Medical, or Professional Services

The site is not a substitute for emergency response, medical care, legal advice, mental health care, or other professional services. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact appropriate emergency or professional resources.

10. No Warranty

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

PSMAG and its organizers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in mutual aid activities coordinated through the site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, including for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, technical abuse, or operational necessity. You may stop using the site at any time.
